- The information contains the conditions of the offer to purchase the Goods and is a Public Offer, in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 11 of the Law on Electronic Commerce and Art. 641 — 643 of the Central Committee of Ukraine.
- In accordance with Part 2 of Art. 11 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce" and with Articles 641-643 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, a real Public Offer is an official offer of the Seller, addressed to an unspecified circle of persons, to enter into a contract for the retail sale of Goods with the Buyer, to issue an Order.
- The order is considered completed and transferred by the Seller from the moment of completion of the order registration procedure in the online store. The moment the Buyer completes the Order registration procedure is recognized as the Buyer's acceptance of the Public Offer and the Buyer's agreement to the terms of this Public Offer.
- This Public Offer may be changed by the Seller without any special notice to the Buyer/User. The new version of the Public Offer enters into force from the moment it is posted on the Site and does not apply to the legal relationship between the Buyer and the online store that arose before the new version of the Public Offer was entered, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Public Offer.
- In its activities, the online store is guided by the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", "Rules for the sale of goods to order and outside retail and office premises", other regulatory acts and laws of Ukraine .
- The Buyer and the Seller guarantee to each other that they have the necessary right and legal capacity, as well as all the rights and powers necessary and sufficient for the conclusion and execution of this offer and the contract for the retail sale of the Goods. Each party is responsible for the inaccuracy of the information provided by it.
- The online store is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User/Buyer when registering on the Site and when creating an Order. To complete the Order, the Buyer must provide valid data necessary to complete the Order. The Buyer is responsible for the validity and/or relevance of the data provided, as well as for incorrect data provided by the Buyer and/or the Buyer's representative.
