  1. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - according to the procedures and within the terms specified in the "Exchange and return" section of the Site.
  2. The return of goods of appropriate quality is possible in the cases and according to the procedure provided for in the "Exchange and return" section of the Site.
  3. When receiving the Order at the post office and/or by courier (including the postal service), the Buyer must make sure that the product's outer packaging is intact and that there is no mechanical damage to it. If the above-mentioned defects are detected, it is necessary to draw up a certificate of damage together with a post office employee and inspect the Goods, after which record all violations in the certificate. After verification, the Buyer has the right to buy back the parcel or refuse it.
  4. When choosing delivery of the Order by mail, the Buyer can cancel the Order (reject the Product) up to the moment when the Online Store sends it to the post office. After that, cancellation of the Order is impossible.
  5. If the Buyer refuses to receive the Goods at the post office and/or courier, the Seller must return to him the amount paid by the Buyer in accordance with the retail sales contract, with the exception of the Seller's costs for the delivery (return) of the undelivered Goods no later than 10 days later from the date of refusal to receive the goods.
  6. The refund of the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods is carried out in the same way as the payment for the goods and its delivery was made.
