- The Buyer voluntarily and consciously presents the data when placing the Order in the online store as necessary information for the Seller to fulfill the Buyer's Order. The Seller, who processes personal data of Buyers as necessary, has taken sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them or their destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions.
- By providing his/her personal data to the Seller, the User/Buyer agrees to their processing by the Seller, including for the purposes of fulfilling the Seller's obligations to the User/Buyer under this Public Offer.

- Buyers and Users agree that the Seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the Buyer without additional consent from them.
